Tony is excellent! He teaches piano with passion, thoroughly knowing the subject and being able to answer any questions I bring to the lesson. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to start the piano or improve piano.
What age can my child start lessons?
We recommend from 6 years old, but we can try lessons with younger students. However, we have found younger children usually find it hard to concentrate during the lesson.
Do you teach adults or just children?
We teach both children and adults. You're never too old to learn.
Do I need my own instrument to start lessons?
No, you won't need your own instrument to start lessons. We know people would like to try a few lessons before investing in an instrument, which is absolutely fine. However, long term you will need your own instrument to practice on at home.
Do you offer instrument rental?
No, we don't offer any type of instrument rental.
What do the lessons entail?
We base lessons around each individual student's requirements. Some students want to progress through the grade exams and others just want to learn for fun. During the first lesson, we usually ask what the students' goals are and what they are hoping to get from them so that we can plan the lessons accordingly.
How regular should I have lessons?
We recommend having 1 lesson per week, but you are free to book as much or as little as you like.
Single or Subscription?
We recommend booking a single lesson to begin with to see how things go. Once you are happy, we recommend booking a weekly subscription. Subscriptions will reserve your time slot each week and automatically take payment 7 days before each lesson. You are able to cancel the subscription at anytime subject to the cancellation notice.
Do you offer free trials?
No, but you can book a single lesson with no commitments to book any more.
